A wrongful death suit was settled for $500,000 to the family of a Wisconsin man against the Zion Police Department. The man was killed when a squad car collided with the van he was riding, causing him to be ejected from the vehicle. The police officer sped through a red light at 57 mph in a 30 mph zone on his way to a domestic disturbance call.
