Biography
Kevin J. Golden has been the managing partner of the Chicago Office of Dudley & Lake, LLC, since 2007. Kevin started his career as a Cook County State's Attorney and worked as a prosecutor in the Criminal Division for eight years.
Kevin tried numerous felony cases to verdict. Kevin began his civil litigation practice in 2000 and has obtained multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements throughout the state. Kevin handles complex medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He has successfully litigated cases against churches, schools, foster care facilities and other businesses on behalf of sex abuse/assault victims.
Kevin is presently the president of the Illinois Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national organization of civil trial lawyers comprised of an equal number of plaintiff and defense attorneys who share the common goal of preserving the right to a jury trial. Kevin has been named as an Illinois Super Lawyer and peer-selected as a Leading Lawyer every year since 2008.
