Matthew Dudley settled a hospital lawsuit for the amount of $4,200,000 with the family of a former Lake County finance director who died from a heart attack at Waukegan’s Victory Memorial Hospital. The man’s family claimed that the man did not receive proper care upon arrival at the emergency room when he had complaints of chest pain. The family also complained that he was not connected to a heart monitor until almost 20 minutes after arrival at the hospital.
