Matthew Dudley represented a man from Morton Grove who was injured in a traffic accident in Western Nebraska. The man was stopped as a result of an earlier set of accidents, exited his vehicle to check if anyone needed assistance and was struck from behind by an 18-wheel tractor-trailer. As a result of the accident, the man sustained reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) of his right arm as well as compression fractures to four vertebrae. The man’s right arm, his dominant arm, was rendered useless.
