Matthew Dudley represented a man from Morton Grove who was injured in a traffic accident in Western Nebraska. The man’s right arm, his dominant arm, was rendered useless. The obtained verdict set a state record of $11,230,000, as well as being recognized as the second highest in U.S. history for suits involving RSD.
