Tom Lake and Alex Campos were able to obtain a $12,700,000 global settlement on behalf of two families relating to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision taking place in a construction zone. The plaintiff alleged that the construction zone was unreasonably dangerous and that numerous engineers and contractors failed to follow applicable protocols and standards of care, resulting in this preventable accident.
