Kevin joined the firm in April of 2007 and is a partner in the Chicago office of Dudley and Lake. Kevin is a highly experienced trial attorney who has obtained multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements throughout the state. Mr. Golden began representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation in 2000. Right from the start his results set him apart from his peers. In 2001 he was recognized by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of the 40 attorneys under 40 to watch in Illinois. He has continued to get fantastic results for his clients. In 2006, Kevin achieved a $2.9 settlement for an elderly gentleman who was suffered a decubitis ulcer as the result of hospital staff neglect. This followed $2.2 million dollar verdict he had obtained in September. Prior to representing the victims of negligent conduct Kevin was an assistant states attorney with the Cook County State's Attorney's office for 8 years where he tried over 40 felony jury cases including 20 charges of murder.

Kevin is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and in 2004 was recognized as the School of Law's outstanding young alumnus. Prior to attending law school, Kevin graduated from DePaul University and played basketball all four years. He was the co-captain of 1987-88 team. Kevin and his wife Caroline have three young children.
